The camp will focus on technical principles of stability, power, and efficiency in speed skating. The lessons will be appropriate to all levels of masters skaters - it's never too early to learn the foundations of good technique, and you're never too advanced to find efficiency gains.
Gail has worked for many years with former US National team coach Sue Ellis, and will be teaching her methods. If you've worked with either of them before you'll know that these methods involve using your core effectively (and extensively). But the camp will go much deeper into the technique than is possible in weekly practices, and you'll learn how all the pieces fit together to create fast, stable skating.
Feel free to contact Gail Bouchette (email@example.com) or Hilles Hamersley (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
